Hello Everyone, I'm not sure what I am today but I felt the need to be here. Everyone inside is very active but I can't make any sense of it. Too many thoughts swirling around. I guess I just needed someone to know that things are swirling around and don't make any sense. And I had such a good therapy session the other day.

((((anne))))

I can so relate. Sometimes the thoughts just go round so much that I can't find my own in them. That's the worst for me.

You're understood. Can you sit a do a quiet activity requiring the use of hands and light use of mind? It helps me.
