hi people....
we are very worried. our psychiatrist talked to us today about medicare possibly reducing money they pay to doctors. She said they are talking about reducing it by 30%. I see her 3 times a week for therapy. what she said is flipping us out, bigtime. We really trust her but now my little ones are saying and feeling like they need to not trust her and to just get used to not having her anymore. We actually cried today and we never cry....im so worried that all our hard work is going to be undone and were just gonna say forget it. never trust anyone cuz they just go away anyways. one minute the littles are crying the next minute we are so mad we want to leave therapy. maybe go drink or cut or anything not to feel. i know were whining i just dont know what to do with this...i want a good life someday and now i might lose the person that can help us get that good life. help!

Hon, try to take some deep cleansing breathes okay? You have some key words in your post that I want you to look at. Those words are "possibly and talking". This does not mean that it will happen to you. It's possible that it may happen but until the powers that be decide for sure, maybe you can continue on with your therapy and decide to hang loose and wait for the decision to be made. Okay, another deep cleansing breath......in slowly and out slowly.

I so understand how scary and confusing this information can be. I totally validate what you are feeling and thinking. Just know that until that happens, if it happens, you have some time to keep going to your T and learning about yourself and healing.

I'm wishing you all the best kasva....safe and gentle to you all.
Thanks for this!

Hi Kasva, littles and Middles....

I'm so very sorry that this unsettling news has scared you. Everyone has so many ideas of how to fix the world right now and their are so many rumours and things going around. It will take a while for all of this to shake out. Sabby gave you some great advice, and I hope you will relax and know that you will be taken care of and you have some time to get it all worked out and any adjustments made IF they even need to be made. You all have been making such wonderful progress and will act as a team to overcome any things like this that come up. You can be gathering information on any supplementals or alternative plans to put in place "just in case." Knowledge and light are always the best ways to fight fear coming from change.

I hope you all have a wonderful weekend...
Huggles,

Wysteria Blue

I agree with sabby. We dont know what will happen little ones, and even if money were reduced sounds like your psychiatrist isnt
going anywhere. Sending hugs.
Thanks for this!
