I haven't been posting much--haven't been here much, but it seems like some of the "regulars" aren't here either. Where have all the flowers and all gone??

Im not sure what everyone has been up to. Ive been busy trying to get out and about, sorta trying to get a life going or something like that. Anyway Ive been missing you all lots. Hope you are all well, thats everyone

Im still here. I pop in on and off through out the day. I am also getting some house work that I have been neglecting done and journal writing, drawing done. and this moring I ended up sleeping in. oops. Some of the regulars have posted that they needed to take a break from posting or being here for a bit.

Good to see you "girls".
Hi myself...we leave all the housework to Iris. But I've been taking a break too. Cool thing, we found an sketch journal in a box that has some drawings in it. w_i can't draw worth beans, and I found something in it I did, but there's stuff that's really good. Like drawings of the sons and the husband. don't know who done it, but sure would like to know. No one's talking...kinda weird Vicki |

leave the sketches on a table and a note saying how much you like them and would like to know which memory piece can teach you to draw like that.
The quiet in the head comes from integration (remembering consciously the abuse situations - Since the memories are no longer stored in the unconscious level they are not getting triggered into rerunning pell mell. ) Since the memories are a part of the conscious memory now you have access to the information that the memories contained just by thinking about that memory. Those voices you no longer hear are now like a normal memory instead of separated and unremembered in the unconscious level. |
