I haven't had depersonalized thinking since earlier this year. It seems to me that, since I only ever suffer depersonalization in late fall and winter (Nov.-March), that I am seasonally affective. Anyone else? Anyone ever heard of this in depersonalization or other identity disorders? I know that SAD usually refers to depression, but what about other disorders/illnesses/conditions?

aries...I understand what it is you are saying...because most of the fall and winter seasons are the worst time for me and dissociation...I dissociate more intensly during these two seasons than I do during the spring and the summer...I think it has a lot to do for me...the weather and also not as much to do or look forward to...I really hope that this helps...I know that I feel very similar too...so I do understand...
