Hi there!

I am 21 with a physical disability called Cerebral Palsy. My disability is very mild. I use canes for short distances and a wheelchair for longer distances. Lately, I have been feeling really disconnected from myself and am having trouble accepting so many things that go along with having a disability such as the fact that things take me longer, people judge me for having a disability and so many other things that I can't think of right now. Does anyone have a physical disability that has felt a similar disconnection? Its really weird for me!

Thanks!
Hugs from:
