Rainbowzz,

Are you ok?

Has the fire alarm stopped yet?

Can you get your adult-self to talk to your child-self to reassure her?

Does she like drawing pictures or listening to music?

I hate feeling like that too.

Hugs.

yes false alarm. The fireman came and that made me feel much safer, they walked through the building and Said everything was ok.

today and yesterday are so hard. Just wrote my T an email and waiting for response. lots of what you guys call switching going on and lots of frightening memories.

But at least thats taken care of,that alarm makes me nervous. Any repetative sound like that, like when you leave the phone off the hook and it makes that nasty noise its like instant trigger.

Glad you feel a little better.

At least you are not getting completely stuck in the frightened child-state, and you are aware of the triggers.

Hugs to you.
