 Twisted Soul I understand about not being able to trust. Be patient with yourself and just try it out at your own comfort. Trust is a huge issue for me - it's been taken away many times. But, I find the hiding thread the perfect place to come and relax. Be Gentle with yourself, Songbird

Good Morning Rainbowzz! And FuzzyBear!
Look what I got for you -  I was looking for white bear, but she must be asleep. I'm listening to the beautiful music and singing along. Daisy is tired and hiding cause she's scared. So is Seedling (she's four and never comes out - we gave her a name because she doesn't talk to anyone. Daisy picked it out. She kind of watches out for Seedling). Who else wants to join in on the singing? SongBird

Bipolar Bear I'm sorry you haven't been feeling well. I did notice that you weren't around much. I know sometimes it's just difficult to post.
