this **** is just unbearable and if i'm not starting to heal by now i never will!!!!

carrie_ann,
life can really suck to high heavens. But it can get better too. The only advice i can think of sharing is to focus on what you can do right now....! Can you feed yourself? Can you tie your shoes? can you sleep? can you brush your teeth? can you get dressed? YOU CAN in fact do a lot of things. You are having difficulty feeling better. Are you feeling worse? Sometimes feeling worse is a sign of the healing taking place...kind of the way knee replacements hurt a lot in the beginning but get better over time. Too pooped to go on? Go to bed and sleep then. This is a holiday weekend...so you can spend the entire weekend sleeping. Concentrate on what you can do instead of where you think you should be. Where you are is where you are suppose to be. You do not like how it feels....what can you do to change how you feel in a healthy productive way? You cannot see a way out? Can you help someone find a way in? |
