All day yesterday I felt drunk or stoned. I was stumbling into things,my words were slurred. At wk. my co-workers thought I was hilarious ! and even commented that when I laughed I sounded stoned....My brain even felt it. I don't use drugs and none of my medications have ever made me feel this way? I don't understand?

I get this as well. Listen to your system even if you cant hear, try to find similarities to other events or triggers. Typically this happens when someone else in my system is either really close listening or when someone is trying to get out. I hope you find answers soon
Thanks for this!

Is it at all possible that you had consumed alcohol or drugs with no conscious memory of it?
Is there a physical reason you might have felt strange? Had you eaten? Could you have been hypoglycemic, or anemic?
I sometimes behave very strangely when I have a lot of inner turmoil going on. Was something disrupting your system?
I hope you are feeling better now.
Thanks for this!

I was just about to suggest the same thing that Gr3tta did... sometimes I would feel this way for a bit after one of my drinking, smoking, bar hopping alters had been out.

I have also felt this way when my medications were not right...

suggestions contact your treatment providers they can tell you if you have drugs and alcohol in your system sometimes even 6 months after by testing your blood and a hair sample (which is how I found out what was going on with me)

your treatment providers can also make adjustments to your meds to see if its the meds that are causing this problem for you.

Yay! Thanks for the update. I am so glad it was something that could be addressed with a med change.
Thanks for this!
