My day started busy and seemed to get busier. The week looks like that too.

Good points - I had a letter published in the main educational newspaper, and got paid for it. Yay! My class finished making some really cool clay animations and we are all pleased with the results. There were lots of positives reported by the students at the end of the day - and only one negative (we're having a hard time, in some cases, modifying behaviour!)
Not so goods - a colleague went off sick today with depression. It's almost a year now since I was hit by this depression and this brings it back. I found our after school meeting really tough going tonight. I took the minutes and found it really hard to stay focused. It was so noisy and I found that really stressful, plus at one point I had lots of people askingme questions at once and I couldn't handle it very well. I came home with a headache and really had to fight not to dissociate while driving home. That was scary. So I'm about to get an early night and hope for a slightly easier day tomorrow.

yeah, no kidding! you did good to slug through it all.

Yeah, i know what you mean about when someone close or somewhat close to you gets suddenly sick with something like that. its not so bad on PC, because you know and sort of can expect it, but when its someone IRL, it kind of throws you for a loop.

Heres to tomorrow being better.
