I'm feeling bubbly, and that's not a good sign. I can feel Bubbles trying to take over right now.
It's no fun not being diagnosed. I'm scared people will get mad at me for coming to the site with these conditions and not being actually diagnosed.
Hi there, I guess. If I turn into a overly hyper manipulative and nosy little *****, I apologize.

welcome and like the sticky here in this forum section says this forum board isnt only for one diagnoses (or in my words not just for the diagnosed, its for everyone whether or not they have any dissociative disorder) I've even read some posts here where the poster didnt have any dissociative disorder they were a member with other disorders or a member who had someone they cared about with a dissociative disorder..we have many people posting in dissociative disorders that are not diagnosed with any dissociative disorders yet either because they havent been evaluated for it or because their treatment providers dont call it that or because their treatment providers dont like putting diagnostic labels on them.

Thanks. I'm not aware of everyone's triggers, so I'll probably end up accidentally saying something that can lead to someone getting triggered. It's odd... Trigger itself could be a very common trigger.

It's hard to know what everyone's triggers are. The fact that you care about members and not wanting to trigger them is really nice. If you post something that you may think might be a trigger, you can put a trigger icon on your post/thread to let others know before they read it that it may be a trigger.

If you forget to use the trigger icon (the red ball with the black X through it), you can report your post and ask for a team member to put a trigger on it or someone else may report it and ask for a trigger icon.

It's also important to know that every member is responsible for themselves here. If they find something triggering, it may be best for them to step away from the computer and do some grounding work or to not answer a post/thread when they are feeling unsafe.

Sometimes triggers happen no matter what we do to not trigger someone. Just do the best you can and all will be good.

Amanda- Thanks for making me feel more welcome. ^^ I never noticed that before and I'll go over it.

Sabby- Thanks for the advice. I'll try to use the trigger icon more often, because when one of the voices in my head takes over they tend to use profanities and terms that may trigger people.
