I have stayed in bed for about 2 days now.We are so depressed and we don't know if we can keep going on with triggering dates,(today is a triggering date August 1st) and other triggers that only my internal "people " know about.I don't know if I can go through this much longer. It feels like my "fight" is losing it's strength with this battle for my mind, body and soul.I also live alone no one to talk to no one to hold us and tell us all is well.... I need some help...please someone who knows about triggering dates tell us what to do,I have hid for 2 days and I want to be found and not harmed any more.

im sorry but we cant tell you what to do, only you and your treatment providers knows what you should/need to/want to/have to do.. all we can do is make suggestions and you decide whether you want to try the suggestions based on what you and your own treatment providers are working on...

my suggestion is maybe you can consider whether now is the right time for you to contact your treatment providers and let them know whats going on. they are the ones in the best position to tell you what to do..

we can also tell you what we would do if what was going on with you was happening to us... If I was going through what you are I would be calling my treatment providers so that they can adjust meds or give me other services that can help me. usually its my meds that are not working that causes something like anxiety and depression surrounding my past. so meds changes usually work for me.

again only you and your treatment providers know what you should do right now.

Hello ((( such is life... ))) please share with your T as soon as you can. You might find it useful to put the real date up on a poster somewhere so that you can stay in the present. August the 1st 2012. You all survived and you are all still here. Many hugs to you.
