So one of the alters got pressured by a scam artist and gave him a check just to get him to go away.

He was pushy, seeming nice, but vaguely threatening, and she just kinda lapsed into "appeasement" mode like we did with our abusers.

Anyway, she tried to fix it right away; stopped the check, fraud alert, secured the account, notified the husband. But he was at work and so he couldn't really deal or help or be reassuring.

So...Ella came out. She NEVER comes out unless to take abuse. And it was bad. Curled on the floor, sobbing, self injury kind of bad.

Now I'm here, waiting for the husband to get home to "talk." I just want to sleep.
