I know your scared but you know what? Memories are just memories and even though they seem real, they can't hurt you anymore. Be strong, your doing so well! Talk to us whenever you need to.

I'm sorry you are scared. Being scared makes me feel alone but you are not alone. We are here and you can tell us you are scared anytime. Sometimes, it just helps to know that you can say that and that someone else knows.
