I am so tired of"dealing with issues" I am tired of "having problems" and I am tired of having to explain why things trigger me.

I am tired of realizing that everything that upsets me links back to how i was treated as a child. Im tired of being an invalid, im tired of not being able. Im tired of my problems intruding on my life.

thank you everyone. Having very little sleep and getting frustrated and wanting to just slip away and hide, but find I cant. I dont know if this is good, or bad.
