I had Dissociative Identity Disorder. part of having this was having depersonalization problems like feeling numb, spacey, disconnected from my body but my reality remained in tact, and also having derealization problems like feeling like everyone around me was moving too slow or too fast, feeling like I had no connection to those outside my body as if I was dreaming.

now that my alters have all been integrated I still have these issues for many reasons..depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, MS, not getting enough sleep, not getting the right nutrients, my medications sometimes cause me to feel this way too.

you are not alone. I go through it too.
