I had minor surgery this week. I can't handle partial sedation so they did general anesthesia (as usual)

Apparently one or more of my alters came out before Surgery. I don't know who. Or what was said. But I remember being in recovery and overhearing the nurse reporting about "multiple personalities" and "before total sedation" and "young child" and"alters"

Luckily no one freaked out.... or I would have had a longer hospital stay then overnight.

thats great that they were able to recognize what was going on. that says they have had training on how to deal with this kind of thing so even if someone would have freaked out they probably would have been able to handle it positively.

hope you feel better soon.
Thanks for this!

I had surgery last year and a couple of the young ones kept coming out. It took a lot of anasthetic to get everyone knocked out apparently

Maybe that's why it took me a lonv time to wake up from it! I slept an hour and a half in recovery and 3 hours sleeping when I got back to my room! I am feeling better from the surgery. Thanks! However I appear to have caught the flu again..
/yes had a flu shot) So not going to be on line much till i feel better.
