I'm not completely sure if I do have DID, I was diagnosed with Multiple Personality disorder when I was around 16? after hypnotherapy, after that session I remember him giving me a sheet of paper with drawn faces for different moods ( sad, happy, confused, etc ) I remember telling my mom what the therapist said and she said we are going to find a different therapist( never happened ). Anywho...

For some reason I remembered my fourth grade teacher or third grade teacher kinda hazy on what grade. I remember speed walking to his truck during lunch time because me or my friend at the time won some game inside the classroom where he takes the winners to McDonalds. The only thing I remember him saying was put the balls on the floor, then saying get down. Don't remember how I got home... and big gaps in my memory from 3rd-8th grade.

Is it possible to recover repressed memories? Or did I make this up?
Feels like I'm going crazy

yes it is possible to recover repressed memories. yes in general it is possible to make up repressed memories....

did ...you....make this up....only you and your treatment providers can answer that.

my suggestion contact a mental health provider in your off computer location. they can help you sort out things and discover whether you are experiencing repressed memories or having what here in New York which is in the USA, calls False Memory Syndrome (a fancy name for making up repressed memories.)

again only a mental health treatment provider can tell you whats going on in you.
