Hi everyone,
I just wanted to let you all know of some helpful resources.
First, I've started an e-mail list for anyone with mental illness. It has blind in the tittle because I and some others are blind but anyone can join.
Here's the link.
blind-mentalhealth : blind-mentalhealth
So you know, we have several people on there who are DID/ multiple and everyone is very accepting of this and any other issues people are struggling with.
Secondly, there's another yahoo group, dissociative talk, that's open to people with DID and also their supporters. It's also a very friendly place and I'm on this list as well.
dissociative-talk : dissociativetalk
I hope you find these resources helpful and I hope to see some of you on the lists!

psych central does have a resource list where many members visit when they are looking for websites and such.. you might get more members and interest in your group if more people see your post..

the resource list is here...

http://forums.psychcentral.com/disso...treatment.html

many of the forum boards have a resource thread...maybe you can get permission from the moderators to post one of these posts in each of them since your website is not limited to one form of mental illness..

the mods can also move this post to a resource thread if you would like. just pm one of them and they can help you.

attentionThis is an old thread. You probably should not post your reply to it, as the original poster is unlikely to see it.
