been in and out of therapy since the age of 8, so i've had a lot of T's in my past. My T i have now is amazing. i'm having a very hard time right now. exetreme si'ing going on and other things that aren't good flying around my head. instead of dragging me kicking and screaming to a psych ward, he's been calling me every few hours since yesterday. just shows me how much he cares. and that he's here to help me. i've never had any T show that much caring and willingness to actually help.

I don't have much constructive to add from my experience of T's in this prehistoric place I live..... but I am happy for you that you have found such a great T!

He called me at 9 this morning and said he would call me bewteen 2:30- 3:30. Said he had a meeting so wasn't sure about the time. When he calls it's for like 15 mins and just checks where I'm at in my thought and all. Ask if there are anymore cutts or anything like that. See him tomorrow. He hasn't seen the cutts yet. I'm not sure what he'll say about them. There are a lot of them. More then he's seen before. ( 20+) Yesterday was hard to follow what he was saying. Just popping in and out so much. I don't have much control of the body right now. Worries me and him both.

Saw T last night. Wish things were better. Still in a dark hole. T said something about the same thing happening this time last year. I don't remember. But he said yeah. Thinks that theres a reason behind what's going on. Maybe, I just don't know right now.

I'm so amazed by T sometimes. He's put so much effort into helping me and mine. I've never had this before. Get scared cause just can't understand why he cares so much. Someone told him that last night. She just can't understand why he's so nice to her and wants to help her. So used to ppl using and abusing you, you start to think, OK, what do you want from me?? All he say's is I want to help you feel better. Confused.

there actually are some caring people out there in the real world. i dont blame you for being cautious, take your time, it sounds like he wants to deal with the hard stuff. maybe it's time. i'm sorry you have so much pain to disperse. i hope he helps you find a safer way to let it out. we're pullilng for you all the way. you are totally worth it.
