I have constant nervousness and cant concentrate. If i ever drink coffee or coke i get intense anxiety. It has been constant for 3 months and started 3 monhs ago with a panic attack which I don't know why it was triggered. I cant sleep, whenever I'm alone or in class it is just constant agitation. Sometimes I daydream of bizarre things but never hallucinate it really is bothering me

Im sorry but we can not tell you what your problems are, only your own treatment providers can tell you that....

that said we can tell you what our own treatment providers call this in ourselves...

in me this is called sensitivity to caffeine (a stimulant found in coffee, tea many soft drinks like coke, pepsi. In order to avoid this sensitivity I have to drink non caffeinated drinks like caffeine free coffee, caffeine free tea, caffeine free coke, caffeine free pepsi.

I also have an anxiety disorder and mania /bipolar which also makes me agitated, my medications help with that.

if you want to know what this problem is with in you contact your treatment providers. they can tell you why this is happening to you and how to treat/solve the problem in you.
