My work isnt being very nice about an injury/ fall i had at work and today someone angry came out and seems to have " hold of the reigns" but this girl is SUPER P.O.ed like unimaginable pent up rage. i don't know how to calm her down or control her. She could get me fired if she doesn't behave.

Give her things to throw like ice cubes, balls, plates, anything. Let her pound on things, like a bat on a pillow, or pound on a tree with the bat. Get a really hard work out, or a fast run. Something to get all that energy out.

Her rage is from something in your past. She is a protector. I understand that someone isn't treating you well so she is out front and ready to go. Ask her if she thinks her approach is good for everyone in this situation. Everyone else knows you need your job and so does she. Ask her if there is another way she can help in this situation without getting you fired. For me sometimes they aren't looking at the full picture and once they do they handle the situation another way. Also thank her for trying to help. I sometimes my helpers are upset that I forget to say thank you. I hope things work out for you. Take care.

I don't know how much control you have with this alter but she needs to let it out somehow. Good suggestions above, you could also try writing it out and then burn it. Quite liberating and validates how she feels. Hugs

She had never come out before like this. I let her color and journal. I think this was actually. A breakthrough, it was just scary because. I didn't know if I could control her. It helped to remind her that all that anger isn't really coming from the incident at work.
