am almost 67 now... early years it was one big dissociative event and times checked out were more than not..

gotten much better in last 10 yrs with some good psych help... been almost a month now without checking out.. this is good and ok.. better be careful about thinking done with this now!!!!

that usually is the kiss of death and off I go again.. Jim

Good for you! I guess the key to keeping it going is to focus on the skills that have helped you get here, and keep up with them, as opposed to thinking it is all over and you can 'relax'/go back to how you were when you were checking out.

It makes me happy to hear good news like this!
