Really, I don't even know if this is DID, but I have two "alters" but the problem is that I don't ever lose any memory, It's like they are mere voices in my head, but not just voices because I know their history, what they look like, they have personalities, they are completelly different people, and we can talk and share memories with each other. We do kind of have an inside world, but it's mostly wilderness and parts of their world. Also they aren't humans in he same sense as we are, since they look different and have some features humans don't have (Such as the other one that has horns.) and their morals are a bit different too. both are males even though I'm a girl, and both seem to be Asexual.
They could "take over my body" or whatever it's called, "switch", but they don't. They have done it and yet I never lose any memory. We are extremely co-conscious. but mainly they are just inside my head. What is this?

Im sorry but this sites rules do not allow members to diagnose (tell each other what that other members problems are called)

heres an example why....years ago someone in a site similar to this one told me an alter (for this purpose Ill use the name Gertrude) was a DID alter. well I believed them and later when I consulted my doctors I found out "Gertrude" was not part of my having DID. "Gertrude" was a psychosis induced hallucination not an alternate personality.

another situation I was having problems with numbness. people online told me that was dissociation in me....well that direct situation turned out to be I had MS (multiple Sclerosis) a medical issue not a mental disorder..

if we tried to tell you what this is in you we could end up harming you, misdiagnosing you because we are not your doctors that are treating you.

therefore to find out what this is in you, you will need to contact a medical doctor, therapist or psychiatrist in your off the internet location.

what we can tell you is whether we have had the same or similar things happen to us. I have had many different kinds of alters some were DID related, some were psychosis, some were hallucinations, some were delusions and some were just plan stress, sleep deprived or nutrician problems or medication problems.

since we are not allowed to diagnose what your problem is my suggestion is if this continues to bother you contact your treatment providers or one in your off the internet location.

Thank you for answering I did read my message again and realized I should have put "any similar experiences?" in the end rather than what is this. I know, but It seems that the psychologists I visit don't give a bleep about this; they are only concentrating on my anxiety and stuff. I realized that I had put it in a wrong way. Sorry, and thank you for correcting me. My bad.
