During thanksgiving our mother had her new boyfriend there. I try and cut myself off from her relationships. But hard to do. Everytime we go to her house we get triggered really bad anyways. A lot of popping in and out. Just very stressful.
Her new boyfriend tried to give me his speech about how he was going to take care of her. Just the "I have control Now" speech. That he was going to make everything perfect. It just triggered so bad. The very abusive step-father used to always give that speech after he abused us. I just couldn't even look up at him. I just kept my face down in the news paper wishing he would just shut the #@*^ up. His words just re-enforced more distrust in him. I just can't deal with someone moving in like that. My mother is so blind to men. She can't see how they take over. She just lets them. Just triggered all the old feelings. Lisa

Thank You everyone for the hugs. This is a bad time of year.
Everything feels like it's in overdrive going 100mph right now. I stay dissociated all the time right now. H is sick and has lost his voice. So been trying to care for him as well. We go for our sleep study this friday. I haven't seen my T in almost a month now. Just bad right now. Lisa
