Hi.
I have a question. There is a problem. The person that does everything, drive, school etc. is asleep and she wont wake up. she has been like this for 2 weeks and the thearpist doesn't know what to do. either does anyone else inside. Has anyone had this happen before? what do i do? we have people drive us around and stuff but we can't keep doing it. our therapist is an hour away. and we had to quit school because of it. How do you wake her up ?

((( confused43 )))

Try to relax and breathe.

Do you know what triggered her?

Maybe you can write your concerns in your journal and start there. HELP!

thanks for the support. all i know is that she said before she left " you want to all stay out then fine and that she is sick of everything and if killing her self was something that wasn't going to work then she will just not come out anymore.

Pay her respect for she is part of you all and is only there from the time she was needid. Helps when we try to pay attention to those in our systems.

Give her time to rest. It can be overwhellming. Try to have an internal meeting and see what is going on. Perhaps you can talk about scheduling times so she is not so overwhelmed by all the switching. It is something that you all internally need to work on. If T can't call her out then it's up to you all inside.

PS
perhaps there is another adult that can take some of the responsibility for driving and doing things. Sharing the responsibility has helped us alot.

The ones that take care of the inside (dark ones) do not want any of us talking to the therapist anymore. they said she isn't safe to talk to because she will have her boss put us away in the hospital again. They will not let anyone come out in therapy anymore. they don't want us to even go to therapy anymore because of it. but the person that we live here with told us if we dont go then we have to leave. we dont have any other place to go. if we do go we will be punished inside and outside for it. What the heck are we suppose to do? i haven't see my T to tell her yet.
