Part of of me is in despair and I don't get why, but not the extent because it's like whatever . It makes my eyes hurt. I want it to quit.

I'm sleeping a lot and crying too. I'm in a PTSD coping skills group. It goes too fast, stuff is confusing....like too many steps to this or that. I don't do.well in groups, better if they're smaller, not 10-12 people. It's not a support group. I really don't have support. People who say they are my friends, I don't know. They don't call me...I will call sometimes, leave a message, might get a call back, not usually.
