Hey, lady friend.

It sounds like it might've been some severe dissociation. Sounds like you just "went away" and no one stepped in from what your friends say. I do that lots in a planned way now...a long tub, etc.

When I didn't schedule it, it would happen unexpectedly. Have you been really tired, nervous, etc? I used to do it more when tired, nervous, etc.

Try to get really good rest and make sure to schedule some "zone time" for the next week or so, so it doesn't come when it's unwanted, ok?

We're here and listening. missed time

KD

That's it, I'll bet, ladies.

Mix sleep-deprived with a high dissociator and what you explained can happen in a heartbeat...really.

Try to make sure you get good sleep, and until you get back on track, schedule some alone time (an hour or two) to "zone", K?

Love,

KD

No not necessarily..... for I have been losing time again and I personally feel that it is more out of my alter trying to get my attention, as to help me heal some more, to be aware that she is still around.

What does your T say? - and if I may ask? what kind of center are you at? a place for people with DID?

It happens from time to time, lack of sleep and stress does it to me too.

Take some time out for all of you and do something special.

Special hugs to you>>>>>>>>>>
