I feel weird sometimes like everything is close up or two dimensional, the feeling of touch is nearly gone, I feel emotionally blunt, and I feel like im in a daze. I start asking myself if im real. This usually happens when I drink a lot of caffeine and this would last about 30 minutes to two hours. The scariest part is that this sometimes happens while im driving even if I dont drink caffeine, but I usually snap out of it in like 30 seconds to three minutes. I told my doctor and T about this, but they didn't tell me anything about it. Either they don't know what it is or they kept it to themselves and decided to not tell me whats going on.

Im sorry we cant tell you whether this is depersonalization in you or not. all we can tell you is what this was called in ourselves and what you would find if for example you googled your symptoms. for more directly related to you , only a treatment provider off line can do that (ie a medical doctor, psychiatrist, therapist)

with in me what you posted was /is called by many different things depending upon other accompanying symptoms ie sleep deprivation, dietary problems, MS (multiple Sclerosis) psychosis and many other diagnostics too.

if you googled your symptoms you will find there are millions upon millions of normal, mental and physical health problems this can be.

my suggestion if this continues to bother you contact your (or a) treatment provider in your off line location. they will be able to look at all the different areas involved with diagnosing problems and tell you what this is in you and how to best fix the problem so that you will feel better soon.

Hello SubliminalThoughts. I just wanted you to know I read your post. I'm not sure what is causing this. I know I have experienced some strange effects when I forget to take a dose of my medication somewhat similar to this, but I'm not sure it's the same. I hope you find an answer.
