I was told by pnurse that "everyone said" I did "a great job" and that there was nothing to report; that I was proactive, and that we would "continue to safety plan. whew. Yes, I'm still scared. But I'm relieved.

Yesterday teaching was fine. Totally different student and energy and sitting at a 90 degree angle felt safer where I could see all her movements rather than have a surprise arm flung across my danger zone.

Today kinda different; different student and energy. but same set up, almost. I did back up nervously when an arm came toward my face a couple of times. Nervous like a skittish horse. But better. I did feel a bit trapped in the only chair available there... not a great situation.... a trapped wolf.... yike.... and nearly forgot the Ativan. but I am claiming physical issues (which are also true) and popped a "pill for the pain" which was the Ativan.

Pnurse will call tonight with continued safety planning.

That sounds very encouraging Kiya. I saw one of your posts where you said we have to be careful accepting other opinions of us. That really was uplifting to me. Thanks for sharing.

Yeah
Tho, I haven't heard back from pnurse- we were supposed to safety plan. First Thursday, then Friday.... Oh well. I think I'm doing alright-ish.
