Well, so I catch myself being the other person. I tell them when I am.

I don't bother telling anyone when I catch myself after I have been dissociated. they dont realize it anyway cause I have had DID all my life so how they see me is the same as they have always seen me to be. to them I am just their friend, daughter, whatever that I always have been. My counselor has asked me to start telling her when I start feeling far away and floaty like during therapy so that we can take caere of whatever made me feel that way.
