I do not know what to do. I feel very scared and alone. I live in a group home and I feel like my staff do not understand and I just feel as though I have nobody to talk to. One of my insiders is not happy and keeps putting stupid thoughts into my head. I promised one of my staff that I woud not do anything. Tomorrow is her last day and I am upset about that.

i am sorry that you are feeling scared and alone. i am having problems with my alters putting bad thoughts into my head right now too. it has been difficult because part of me feels like i should tell someone but since i know it isnt me thinking it, i feel like it doesnt matter. i am sorry the person who supports you is leaving. you always have here to come talk.

Hi Sweety, welcome to PC!

I've got abuser alters that like to put me down, cause SH, Sui, but I also have guard alters that holds them back. Can you get one to put a muzzle on him/her/it?

I'm sorry that your one staffer is leaving. You can always talk to us here, we'll listen.
