I keep asking myself if this is real life. I have been almost constantly stressed for about 3 months now could it be a reaction to that? I haven't been sleeping well for awhile now either I'm not sure who to tell or what to do, or what I even can do. I'm really glad I only have a two day week this week.

All I can tell you is the real part is the biological part like eating, sleeping,...the rest...I've no idea.

I see you've meds. Talking to your provider is a start. Most others have lives to live, so they don't care I've found out.

Talking on here helps like you are.

Hope you feel better.
