Okay, the Good Book says that you can't do this, that, and the other, but you can do this, that, and the other.

But it's like I'm the only one that does as it is written. I don't know what to do that of my faith I'm alone. I know the others do as they do...but I'm concerned about what I do but being negated by the others in the body.

It's such a gray area that I feel doomed according to what I believe. I don't judge the others, I just know what I feel is what I need to do.

What do I do? Nothing?

Back in the day, they probably would have said you were possessed by demons. They probably had no concept of a compartmentalized consciousness.

Anyway, good luck!

Why do you feel doomed, because your faith is not everyone else's faith? I think you should not care what other's think about what is good for you. If what you believe/practice is truly good for you, you would not care what other's think of it. On the other hand it sounds like you care more about the way other's see you - when perhaps you should care more of what you are reading.

Funny thing, looking for info on dissociation misdiagnosed as possession, I actually found a paper from a Catholic college (Providence College) suggesting that you may actually be possessed. I guess it's easily tested. Just have your alter undergo an exorcism. Apparently it can have negative effects though. :/

Thanks darkneon...I'll be sure to pass it on. We might let her out on Sunday every now and then, after all, we are in a sharing mode now.

Possession...lol. It feels like it sometimes when a take over happens slowly.

She'll be okay...we've actually chilled out and aren't the crazy out of control ones that we used to be. Nothing wrong with getting a little spirituality in one's lives.
