Well in my life lately a few things have happened. I started an intensive outpatient program. I thought it was going well until today when I was told some things. But I'm going to continue and try to work things out. I am hoping that this will help me. I really have not been myself alot lately, I have been very talkitive, which is unusual for me. Well anyway thank you all for keeping me in your thoughts. I am going through a very rough time and I am really trying to make it through. Oh and if you have any suggestions, please let me know.

the best thing I can tell you is to take things one baby step at a time even if it feels like you want to rush through everything. Sometimes it is easier to focus on getting through the next hour rather than the next two weeks for example.

Im sorry to hear that your having a rough time. My thoughts go out to you.

I keep getting kicked off the internet for some bizarre reason - must be solar flares or something.

I had a good response for you but completely lost my thought. Just be kind to yourself. Rainbowzz has good adivce, one step at a time. Working through this will finally bring an end to all that has affected you. You can do this!

Hugs, Anne
