here in my location this is not called dissociation its called sleep walking other times its called psychosis depending upon other accompanying symptoms. the reason its called that in my location is because dissociation is something that people that are awake and experience a trigger which causes them to have dissociation (numbness, spaciness\foggy minded ness). the mental disorders for doing something you dont remember on a non normal level is called dissociative amnesia. the symptoms are localized \selective around a triggering event.
example my location went though a hurricane a few years back. some people have dissociative amnesia because of this traumatic event. they have no memory of the hurricane, no memory of what they went through just before, during and right after the hurricane.
my point going on my locations definitions if what you went through was dissociative amnesia you would not remember doing things in your sleep, you would not remember your mother having even told you to do those things, it would be like waking up the next day thinking you went to bed, fell asleep and woke up everything was ok, with no memory or trauma because that was dissociated.
i do know that medications and schizophrenia can cause the same symptoms that you posted about so maybe check with your treatment providers. they can help you sort out what happened and why. maybe try some reality testing for example when something like this happens to me I look at reality. I dont live with my abuser so of course that abuser could not make me do things in my sleep.
I may be wrong but if I remember right you dont live with your mom and your mom doesnt have a key to your place. maybe the reality testing that I do for me will work for you. just a suggestion.
