My T asked me today (as an alter) to insure that I eat healthy... and in addition to not withdrawal from sugar, caffine, and meds abrubtly... to take control of this piece of "my" life... My ED has been a big problem. Then desisions to withdrawal from sugar, caffine and xanax at the same time was made by several and from there... a mess... So the T is looking for one of us to control the situation.. I volunteered.

So do you think it possible for me (an alter) to maintain control of this part of "my" life? I will have to maintain this long term so it means an agreement of such I would guess amoug the alters... grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.....

I did go today to the Gordon Groc - bulk store and purchased the fish, milk, oatmeal and wild rice so that it is in the house.

The MD has advised me earlier today not to go off the sugar (my ED). I have something like shingles right now.

so what are your thoughts?? if any... or perhaps I am not explaining it correctly.. I don't know... is it possible?

any support or on-going support would be appreciated...
I'm not sure how this is going to work out.. but something has to be done...

Thank you..

Yes, it sounds good to me. Everyones system is different of course but there is usually a boss or two that will take charge of certain situations.

Sounds like your T has found the right part of you to help with this.

Good luck with it, and let us know how you are getting on. is it possible?
