I so do know what you mean. It's been said that the swimming or sudden weirdness is one of the others trying to surface. For me, I've learned the signals and it brings about chaos and such confusion. It is so frustrating and I feel for you. Grounding seems to be the best helper in so many different situations with dissociation, in my opinion. It's so hard to do and this whole thing is so exhausting, especially when going through therapy. I'm sorry things are all icky for you now. I'm sorry you are having a hard time. I'm not sure exactly what you mean by the swimming but I think that's because I make up my own words for things but I definitely understand weird feelings. I hope things settle down for you soon. __________________ |
