before I was integrated to where all my alters and I merged to become one whole person my triggers varied according to each alters sense of agency...examples storms would be a major trigger which resulted in rainy taking control, intimate moments would be a trigger which resulted in thelma and other alters who's sense of agency was to handle intimate/ sexualized moments. work stress would cause me to dissociate into alters that had the sense of agency of dealing with my work issues....I have as many biggest triggers as I had alters, the other triggers some resulted in just my feeling numb or spaced out or just plain uncomfortable but still able to handle it with out dissociating.

any form of aggression.. (physical, verbal, passive, ect..)
being trapped/forced/controlled/ touched
seeing someone else in pain..
and many more.. cant tell what is the biggest as well as cant identify all of them although violence seems to be a pretty big one; i need to figure them out but its difficult

Stress, trauma, energy, being around influential personalities, art and dreams and trying to cope. Also, what goes on inside my head (voices).

this way out,

we don't know about our dad either.

we have a feeling, but we don't know for sure.

starry night and luce, yes.. animals being hurt is horrible

can't understand why anyone would want to do it- don't want to look after an animal?. don't have 1 to begin with

when i'm stable enough to take care of a pet i plan to look after a shelter cat or something like that.. it's not much, but it helps 1 more poor abused animal

tickling, I forgot tickling. we get immediately ferocious and violent if we are tickled. the only times we have ever hit our kids was when they tickled us (they learned quickly not to do it)

I get this way about tickling, too. I always hated it, I'm hypersensitive. Once my brother-in-law attacked me, tickling me, and I had to fight him to get him off me. He was 6'4" and an enormous body builder, disgusting pervert.

My biggest trigger that causes dissociating? Sex with husband, anxiety regarding nightmarishly awkwardly bad sex with husband, frustration
