Hi all, normally I am around the psychosis and schizophrenia subforum, but I also experience dissociation and I have a person with me with three forms, his name is Nev.

Lately when I am distress I hear so many noises caused by voices I can't hear my own thoughts, so my thoughts can dissappear and I cannot think before talking or doing. The thing it's sometimes my thoughts can be heard but outside my own head because inside there are too many noises to think, after some hours I stop hearing my thoughts outside my head and I just can't think because of the noises inside it and it can be like this for days and days.

different locations and cultures have different definitions, standards and diagnostics. what that means is I am unable to tell you whether this is dissociation, psychosis, schizophrenia or not. only your own treatment providers can say that.

my suggestion is go according to what ever your treatment providers have diagnosed you with and if you dont agree with their assessment to contact them and ask to go through diagnostic evaluations. this is standardized testing procedures that will tell you and your treatment providers what your problems are called in your own location...

what I can tell you is if you were here in the USA what you posted can be anything including psychosis, schizophrenia, dissociation or any other mental or physical health problem depending upon other accompanying symptoms. medications can also cause these same kinds of problems...so again my suggestion is contact your (or a) mental health treatment provider in your off the computer location. they will be able to diagnose what this is with in you.

I think that this is psychosis because it's outside of your head. from what I know about dissociative (and what I've personally experienced) is all inside the head. I can't speak for everyone obviously but that's what I think the differences is. I've heard voices outside my brain before, but the voices of my alters are totally different than the voices that kind of crowd each other out and whisper and all that jazz.
not sure if this helped, hope you stay safe.
Thanks for this!
