Hello. You know me? I am only 9 and I do not get so sad like I am. I know how others want to die now. Why am I so sad? I do not like feeling this way.

Can you have someone call your T first thing tomorrow? I think T would like to know how you feel and maybe he can help you figure it out. Can you think of anything that happened to make you so sad sweetie? I'm glad you came to talk about it with us. We'll help if we can.

jj , can you picture a nice cool babbling brook under tall shade trees that you and Amy could go fishing at , the sadness does go away, it hurts bad for alittle while but it will go away
