Do you get a lot of worried voices in your heads? Its enough to tell them to stfu. You know I got it. It makes my stomach sick to hear the nonsense if "oh nooo""what if..."

It pisses me off.

Once we did - now we don't. I think it is just learning to trust one another. The trick (for me) was to learn to trust her rather than just demand that she trust me. There are things that she can do - and I had to let her do them without interference. Once she had a life of her own, things to do - she let me do my own thing more often.

Trye true...most of them are fems and littles with emotions bleeding through. Theres no stopping it as far as I can tell. We are 2 co-con and switchy. Usually one starts **** and an Other has 2 deal with it. Sux don't mean 2.

I don't have worriers, unless you include the parts that are afraid of abandonment as worriers. With them, telling them to shut up is rarely effective
