It does bother me/us that our thinking is so pluralish in nature. We constantly use the words 'we, you, us' in our head that it feels crazy, but to do otherwise causes distress in the system.
I do think singular for me....but it's 95% communal thinking.....group or team effiort. And often times, the one talking can slip to the front....then now we are on a merry go round....it's exhausting doing all these switchings. Most of our life we have always been into helping other people and never ourselves. We took care of other people, lived more as a triggered reaction instead of pro-action, never ever looking inward because we didn't want to see. You can't see what you don't look at. But now...it's blatant with a 'blah'. I know you all deal with the same in your own system's special way.... Just expressing how this bothers us. Are your thinking patterns the same? Does it get old? Or is there a positive spin that one can put on this? We've been in a downward spiral and would love to hear some gracious words inspiring. |
