Now that I am 700 miles away from where I grew up I am flipping out trying to find a new therapist. Not a huge selection here that take my mental health plan. I can't even schedule an appointment until after Dec 30th because I have no money for a co pay. Today was a really bad dissociation day. I keep trying to ground myself but everything still sounds too loud.

Hang in there, take a breather, and keep at it.
Thanks for this!

I have gap but it doesn't cover too much, basic community treatment I guess and meds so it does help but I can't see docs that specialize in this stuff 😞
