When an alter confesses something that happened to them and they're crying. And it's really messed up crap regarding someone you always thought protected you. Someone you were never really scared around but always had a strange feeling towards them. When this happens what the hell do you do?

He's crying and won't stop but it's understandable and I can't comfort him. How do I comfort him?

do what you might do for an outside child. distract with movies or the telly. give a teddy bear to hold. talk. cuddle, if they feel safe enough. mine like ice cream. and sometimes, as difficult it is, they just need to cry a while, and its hard to listen to, but maybe they need to get it out.

I listen. I believe. I love.

Bad things happen. Not all of us have someone to talk to, trust and love us through it. Be that person.

We have an inside comforter, Susie who is very gentle, understanding and loving that makes everything horrible melt and fade away. Soon you won't remember why you were crying, just that you were.

Maybe you can ask for one too? If it works that way.

Well, I won't kick his ***.

Thing is, he's the comforting one. However, the younger girl, Tracey, has an effect on all of us. She's really cute and has a habbit of making us smile. She helped a lot.

Sometimes If i can't comfort them, i am simply "there" for them. Sometimes it helps, sometimes it doesn't.
Maybe a gentle reminder that you're there for them could go a long way ?

I'm talking about the person who wronged you. You have suffered enough.

Oh, that makes sense. My own avenger has ideas, has shown me images of what we all should do. Avenge what happened to him.

And we ****ing could to. We know how.

Leigheas won't allow it.
