Hi!
I was recently diagnosed with PTSD/DDNOS. Basically I have inner voices or parts like someone with DID but they don't really take control of my body and I don't have any amnesia. I do space out a lot but only for a few seconds. This tends to happen when I am stressed.
My parts are all male. There's a 7 year old named Henry. A man named Jim who is about 30 and another one who is not yet named. They make comments about things that are happening during the day and kind of just keep me company. Even though they are distracting, I am happy they are here 😁
Thanks for listening to my story, it feels good to have a space where I can be open about these things.
Hugs from:

Hi, I'm sorry about the diagnosis, but are happy to meet you. It's great that you and your Others are one big happy. We are like that some of the time. Being co-con: some more then most, cracking funnies and jokes about things or helping each other, and then of course there are the bickering, fighting and rivalries...mostly about embarrassing ourselves.

I hope to hear more on how your system works. Welcome.
