Does this mean anything...remembering what Others say or do, sometimes?

It makes it feel so faky. I mean you remember, but like as an observer...are we naturally getting better? -Scared

are you talking about co-consciousness? it's totally normal, doesn't mean it's fake and could mean that you're getting better at communication or working together.

What you are describing sounds like what I call "being a passenger" It does feel kind of fake and like I didn't really participate in that moment that I am remembering. My next question to myself is, "Did that really happen?"

Yes!! Being a passenger. I like that a lot. I never had a way to describe this feeling but that's exactly how it is.

in me this is called depersonalization/ derealization and co consciousness depending upon other accompanying symptoms and was part of my integration/ becoming one whole person again...

to find out what this is with in you, you will need to contact your own or a treatment provider in your own location.
