That's the thing, I have lost 11 months.

I didn't know that until I read the notes I always write and what my therapist told me.

I am mostly unaware of me losing time, I thought I didn't, and now it seem I have actually lost 11 months. I guess due to the severe stress It seems I have been suffered from but I don't remember.

Heres a suggestion that might help you fill in that lost time....read your past posts. you might find out that you have posted almost every day about things in your life. thats what I do when I discover i have spaced off and cant remember huge chunks. i come on here and read my past posts, doing this jogs my memory and leads me to what may have triggered me to dissociate something in my own life.

I hate losing time (especially entire weekends)

I usually come to the same conclusion.. why do I have a right to live through a weekend if I don't remember what happens. it's a waste.

i'm sorry you've lost so much time
Thanks for this!
