it not safe people upstares singing at 5.44am think there drunk scary host husband only had 2 hours sleep he trying to sleep at the moment but he cant home not safe home feels scary loud people wish they would stop

Make a therapist work with you all for the best methods and accepting the switches. Benefits and why's, there is got to be a way to help you all know to take the edge off. I call it DID normal on the road to rehabilitation...

When that happens to me I use the bathroom and regroup. I just sit in there, sometimes wash my face. It usually works.
