a very compeitant program dx'd me with DID, but where are the people , parts inside? i think i've........experienced different things, maybe parts, of those parts, but i've heard a lot of pople, they can just talk to heir parts, and they talk back, it's kind of scary, i dont know what to realy eexpect when it comes to th e experience of it, I know what might happen, but i'm afraid of it, and that makes me afraid of the defense mechinism which makes th edefense kick in stronger........ i'm kind of lost

You really need to be diagnosed properly by a professional and then find a good therapist.
